Week 1: JULY 30- AUGUST  3  
Week 2: AUGUST 6-10 
9am-12 daily  M-F 
Each Friday session: Pot Luck 12-1 pm.

Our coaching systems are based on each individual athletes fitness and numbers- we coach based on documented and researched science so athletes can run to their abilities and improve fitness and achieve their goals.

What to expect: Everything you need to prepare for Middle school &  Cross Country Season.

  1. Specific running sessions  and individualize paces based on athletes personal bests and current fitness. (a scientific approach to training) 
  2. Daily Running sessions focusing on 5 critical elements of fitness for 2-5km race distances. 
  3. Mobility & Flexibility 
  4. Core and running specific agility and strength 
  5. Weights specific for distance runners
  6. Sessions will vary from trail to hills, grass, and track depending on daily needs
  7. Racing advice and daily motivation
