Session Full- Spring Running Ages 5-8

The primary goal of spring running is to introduce the athletes to the joys of running.  Our goal is to develop fitness in a fun playful atmosphere, gain basic body weight strength and coordination. 
This session is ideal for very young inexperienced athletes.


Coaches:    Breeda Willis, United States Track & Field,  Level 1 Certified Coach.
Assistant:  Roisin Willis,  United States Track & Field,   400 Meter National Champion, 2014.


When:
  Tuesdays 4-4:45

Where: House first few sessions due to amount of snow at Iverson Park
   Drop off: 712 Greenbriar Ave, In Park Ridge.
   Pick up:  Top of sled hill at Iverson Park
          

Who:
   All athletes 8 and under looking to gain an interest in running and improve fitness. 

What to bring: Outdoor running shoes and dry clean indoor workout shoes.
