September BOOT CAMP

September Classes: 

Mondays & Wednesdays 
Mondays  Classes: 
7:30-8:15 FAST And Furious Cardio core mix- short fast intervals - fast paced session. 
Class will end with some deep stretching and end at 8:30 for all that can stay) 

Wednesday Class;
8-8:50  Boot Camp Style Session - whatever the group needs- sometimes these needs are determined on the day depending on participants.
Class will end at 9am (end with deep stretching for all that can stay)
